The Company's Principal & Executive Consultant, David Taggart, has extensive quaity and nuclear safety engineering experience associated with Pacific Gas & Electric and its Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant and Humboldt Bay Nuclear Power Plant. located in California. 

Diablo Canyon has been historically rated as one of the best performing nuclear facilities in quality and nuclear safety in the industry in its first 22 years of plant operation.

 Additionally, David Taggart, has held a major leadership role as the Consortium Project Quality Director for two new nuclear Westinghouse AP1000 Nuclear Plants located at the V. C. Summer site near Jenkinsville,  South Carolina.  The application for a combined license (COL) for two Westinghouse Advanced Passive 1000 (AP1000) Pressurized Water Reactors (PWR) designated as V.C. Summer Nuclear Station, Units 2 and 3.

David Taggart

Mr. Taggart held a major leadership role as the M&O Quality Manager in support of the US Department of Energy OCRWM Yucca Mountain Nuclear Waste Repository.  During this period, the License Application was successfully completed and submitted to the US NRC for review.  During this period, Mr. Taggart's quality organization in teaming with US DOE's OCRWM QA organization improved the overall effectiveness the quality assurance functions for the project.  Such improvements were noted by third independent parties to the project.
